Material & Fiber Assessment

Every textile is evaluated for fiber content, construction type, dye stability, and existing condition. This assessment determines the precise treatment protocol to be applied — protecting the integrity of the material throughout the process.

Pre-Treatment & Soil Suspension

Targeted pre-treatment agents are applied to emulsify embedded soils, oils, and biological matter. Dwell time is calibrated to fiber type — ensuring effective suspension without chemical stress to the material.

Controlled Extraction

Industrial extraction equipment removes suspended soils and residual moisture in a controlled, directional pass. Extraction parameters are adjusted for pile density and backing construction to prevent over-wetting.

Controlled Drying & Final Inspection

Airflow is directed to achieve complete and even drying across the surface. A final post-restoration inspection confirms fiber uniformity, color integrity, and the absence of residue before the area is cleared for use.
